Policies and Procedures

 Payments

  • Each participant is responsible for occupying the purchased slot.  No monies will be moved to cover upcoming slots due to the individual failure to attend.   No monies will be refunded for unattended slots.
  • All slots will be paid for 5 days (including weekends) prior to the beginning of the session.  All payments are due in full.
  • No slots will be held without payment.   

Health

  • If an individual has knee, ankle, foot, shoulder, hip, wrist, back or any other injuries that will prohibit them from performing the basic exercises, they will not be able to attend any program other than Personal Training.  (Side Straddle Hops, Squats, Lunges, Push Ups, Sit-ups, Running, etc.)
  • All waiver forms must be completed before any physical participation.
  • Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or any chronic illness (internal/external ailments) must have a doctor’s release to enroll in any of the physical fitness programs.

    Programs
  • Health
  • Each program has its own enrollment; individuals cannot exchange one program for another while in session, nor can individuals participate in more than one program with only one enrollment fee.  Example:  Boot Camp cannot attend Body by Charles unless a slot is purchased for that program.
  • There will be no walk-ins once the sessions began.
  • Boot Camp Extreme:  The US Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) Chart will be used to gauge the performance of this program.  The requirement to obtain a slot in the BCX Program; you must score 60 points according to your age group in all three events.  The test consists of Push Ups, Sit Ups and a 2-mile run. To maintain enrollment in BCE, a minimum of 70 points must be achieved in each testing category during the first 4 week session, and the consecutive 4-weeks, 80 points must be achieved.
  • Boot Camp Extreme:  Weigh-in is mandatory every week (Monday and Tuesday). Weight and body measurement will be tracked with the Composition Tracker Program. The goal is to have your weight and body composition be listed in the Fit selected box on your measurement history sheet.
  • Personal Training:  A 90-Day contract is required
  • Trial Classes: There are no trial classes for Boot Camp Extreme or the Boot Camp program. FREE trial classes are conducted in the Body By Charles Workout program and Combatant Training, but only in the 6th week.
  • Assistant Instructors may be rotated from one program to another to cover the MFT (Master Fitness Trainer) needs. The MFT reserve the right to use assistants as primary instructors during his absence.
  • Disrupting classes/standing around unwilling to workout drawing un-necessary  attention that causes a stoppage in the class participation, condescending remarks about the class or instructors while on premises, directing enrollees not to train because of your dissatisfaction  are grounds that the owner of Middleton’s Kung Fu and Fitness reserves to terminate your participation in any class with no refund.
